About

AN AGENT BUILT
OUT OF NECESSITY.

I was deep in the job search and I was losing track of it. Opportunities were getting buried in my inbox. I was spending time considering roles that didn't make sense — wrong scope, wrong comp — because I'd lost sight of what I was really looking for. The spreadsheet I'd been using to manage it all went stale in two weeks.

The data was already there. Every signal — recruiter emails, interview confirmations, follow-up threads — sitting in my inbox. I didn't need another place to write things down. I needed something that could keep track of it all for me.

So I built it.

The belief
"You don't lose offers because you're not good enough. You lose them because something slipped."

A job search doesn't care how talented you are. It's going to consume your attention — all of it — on tracking, updating, remembering who said what and when. Every moment spent managing that process is a moment not spent preparing, researching, or writing a follow-up that can actually close the deal.

Ari does the managing. You put in the work that matters.

What it became.

An agent that connects to your Gmail and Google Calendar, reads every signal related to your search, and maintains your pipeline automatically. Who needs a response. What's going cold. What just moved. Without you updating a single field.

It reads your resume, critiques it honestly, and generates tailored versions for every application — grounded in your actual experience, never fabricated.

Named after Ari Gold. Not a role model. An archetype: the agent who gives a shit about whether you get the job.
